Do you fancy something different for your wedding?
Perhaps your best friend hired a string quartet when she got married, and you want something a bit different for yours.
Or perhaps you (shhh!) just don’t really like string quartets! A bit too highbrow? A bit serious?
So how about a Palm Court Trio? All that nostalgic chic .... the trio tinkling out the tunes of the twenties under the potted palms ... the girls sipping tea in startling hats ... a foxtrot, a cha-cha or a Palais Glide, then back to the table for a second cup ... ‘Palm court’ was everywhere, from the swanky lounge in the swanky hotel to the Lyons Corner House and the Brighton Piers.
Well, you too can have a swanky trio. Ad Musicam can supply a Palm Court Trio. Clarinet, violin, and piano will whisk you away on a cloud of nostalgia for the days of Noel Coward and Irving Berlin. We might even be the only string quartet to have our very own library of original editions of authentic Palm Court Music from the late 19th and early 20th century.
And (shhh!) it’s a bit cheaper than the full quartet!
